One record per member
Profile, tier, membership history, invoices and payments, and events attended, all on the member's record. It survives committee handovers.
Renewals that run themselves
MemberGuard issues the renewal invoice, sends reminders, takes payment by PayNow, card or GIRO, and renews the membership when it's paid. Unpaid members move to grace, then lapse.
Events and ticketing
Publish an event with member and guest prices, let people book and pay in one flow, and check them in with a QR code on the day.
Committee access controls

Member data is hosted in Singapore on AWS (ap-southeast-1), in a database of its own. Members pay by PayNow or card, or by GIRO through your bank.

Yes. Set up ordinary, associate, life and honorary tiers, each with its own fees and term. Tier changes are recorded in the member's history.
Yes. The Circle plan covers up to 250 members and includes every feature. You don't need a full-time administrator to run it.
Yes. Members pay by PayNow or card through your AXS Checkout or Stripe account, and the payment is matched to their invoice automatically. Staff can also record cash, cheque and bank transfers, and you can collect by GIRO.
