Alumni sign in with an emailed code and update the details you allow, such as job, address and phone number.
Class year and chapter groups
Record graduating year and course in custom fields, and put alumni into groups by cohort or chapter. Filter and report on either.
Reunions and events
Ticketed events with member and guest prices, dietary and seating questions, and QR check-in.
Digital alumni cards
A branded card with a rotating QR code for member benefits and entry, with optional Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes.

Member data is hosted in Singapore on AWS (ap-southeast-1), in a database of its own. Members pay by PayNow or card, or by GIRO through your bank.

No. MemberGuard does not have a member-to-member directory. Staff can search and filter all records.
Yes. Import from a CSV file with a dry run first. Existing alumni can then claim their record and sign in with an emailed code.
Yes. The card shows your logo and colours, the member's name, photo, membership number, tier and expiry date, and up to two custom fields you choose.
