Ticket types by audience
Price tickets for members, particular membership tiers, members' guests or the public. Set capacity, per-person limits and a sale window — early-bird is a ticket type with an earlier end date.
Card and PayNow
Attendees pay by card or PayNow through your AXS Checkout or Stripe account. Seats are held for 15 minutes while they pay, and each payment is matched to its booking automatically.
QR check-in at the door
Every attendee gets their own QR ticket. Staff scan on arrival with a phone — no extra hardware. A ticket works once; a second scan shows when and where it was used.
Guests and questions
Members book for themselves, linked family members and named guests. Ask dietary, seating or other questions per attendee or once per booking, and export the answers.
Emails sent for you
A confirmation with QR tickets and a calendar invite, a reminder the day before, payment reminders for pay-later bookings, and waitlist offers when places free up.

Yes. Card and PayNow are both available on the payment page of your AXS Checkout or Stripe account. Each payment is matched to its booking automatically. GIRO is not offered for event tickets.
No. A phone with a camera works. Several staff can check people in at the same time, because every scan is checked against the same live records. Check-in needs an internet connection.
Yes. Public events are listed on your organisation's own MemberGuard site. Non-members confirm their email with a code, then book and pay. You can also keep an event to members only.
Yes. A member can book for themselves, linked family members and named guests in one booking, and each person gets their own QR ticket. Each ticket type can limit how many a person may book.
You set a cancellation deadline for each event. Before it, registrants can cancel from their booking and what they paid is refunded. Staff can cancel at any time and choose to refund, keep the fee or keep it as account credit. Recent card payments are refunded through the payment provider; other refunds, such as PayNow through AXS, are tracked for your finance team to pay.
Tickets are tied to your member records, so member prices apply automatically, attendance shows on each member's record, and event income sits in the same ledger and Xero sync as membership fees.
