Committee handover without data loss
Staff accounts belong to your organisation, not to individuals. When the committee changes, the incoming office bearers are invited and the outgoing ones are removed; the records stay.
Finance records your treasurer and auditor can follow
Every subscription, event payment, credit note and refund is recorded and cannot be silently altered. Reports cover revenue, collections, arrears and GST, and everything can sync to Xero.
