Included on every plan
There are no feature tiers. A 200-member club gets the same product as a 5,000-member association.
Members and membership
Custom fields, tiers, nested groups, membership numbers, renewals, grace and lapse, suspensions, and linked spouse or family members.
Applications and member portal
Online application forms with review stages, and a portal where members sign in with an emailed code to see their card, details, documents, invoices and events.
Payments and billing
Invoices, card and PayNow through your AXS Checkout or Stripe account, cash and bank-transfer records, credit notes, refunds and arrears.
GIRO collections
Direct Debit Authorisation records, bank collection files for each debit date, and imports of the bank's rejection report.
Xero
One-way sync of contacts, invoices, payments, credit notes and refunds, with your chart of accounts mapped once.
Events
Ticket types priced by membership category, capacity and waitlist, QR tickets and check-in, and attendance on each member's record.
Digital membership cards
A card in your colours with a rotating QR code, a door scanner, and optional Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes.
Documents
Files stored on each member's record, virus-scanned, with categories you can restrict to named staff roles.
Automated emails
Renewal, payment, application and event emails with wording you can edit, and a history of every email sent to each member.
Access, audit and your data
Staff roles, restricted fields, a log of who viewed or changed each record, full data export and imports.
Payment processing
- AXS Checkout (PayNow and card)
- 2.8% + S$0.50 per successful transaction. The money settles directly to your own AXS merchant account.
- Stripe
- Stripe's published rates for Singapore, paid under your own Stripe account.
- Offline payments and GIRO
- No MemberGuard transaction fee on cash, cheque and bank transfers recorded by staff, or on GIRO collections. GIRO bank charges are between you and your bank.

Pricing Questions
No. Every plan includes every MemberGuard feature. The plans differ in how many members and staff accounts you can have and the support you get, and Federation adds contract terms such as a data processing agreement and agreed service levels.
Through AXS Checkout, PayNow and card payments cost 2.8% + S$0.50 per successful transaction, and the money settles directly to your own AXS merchant account. If you use Stripe instead, you pay Stripe's published Singapore rates under your own Stripe account. Cash, cheque and bank-transfer payments that staff record, and GIRO collections, carry no MemberGuard transaction fee; GIRO bank charges are between you and your bank.
The self-service import tools — CSV roster and data import with a dry run — are included on every plan. Assisted migration is an optional one-time service: S$5,000, or from S$1,500 for smaller associations on Circle and Chapter, scoped to your data. Yearly, in Singapore dollars. Plans renew each year, and you can cancel before your next renewal. Federation is an annual contract.
